$= \frac{72}{245}$

$\frac{ - 2}{7} \times ( \frac{7}{16} - \frac{21}{4} ) = \frac{ - 2}{7} \times ( \frac{7 - 84}{16})$

$= \frac{ - 2}{7} \times ( \frac{ - 77}{16} )$

$= \frac{154}{112}$

$= \frac{77}{56}$
