Hello !!

We need find the solution of this linear sistem with gaussian elimination.

3x - 2y = -27 (-3)

x + 3y = 13 (-2)

_______________

-9x + 6y = 81

-2x - 6y = -26

_____________

-11x = 55

x = 55/(-11)

x = -5

______________

x + 3y = 13

-5 + 3y = 13

3y = 13 + 5

3y = 18

y = 18/3

y = 6

Final result : the solution for this linear sistem is -5 and 6.

I hope I have collaborated !

3x - 2y =  - 27 \\ \:  \:  x + 3y = 13

Now,

3x - 2y =  - 27 \\ 3x + 9y = 39 \\  =  >  - 11y =  -66 \\  =  >  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: y = 6

Therefore,

x = 13 - 3y \\ \\  x = 13 - 3(6) \\  \\ x = 13 -  18 \\  \\ x = -5

Hence,

 \huge \boxed{x = -5} \\  \\  \huge \boxed{y = 6  }
