Answer:
biodegradable substance are those substance which are organic as well as they can be decomposed by microorganisms easily and they do not create any type of pollution for ex- dead plant's and animals, peels of fruits and vegetables etc but non biodegradable substance are inorganic substance and cannot be decomposed by microorganisms and causes pollution as well for ex- plastics, polythene bags etc
non biodegradable waste will last in our environment untill and unless we decide to stop using it by creating awareness about its bad effects and government should also banned these substances that are inorganic..these days plastics that are biodegradable are available but very less people's know about this and whether it is biodegradable or non biodegradable plastic but it is harmful for environment as well as for living beings living in the environment it may hurt animals, and making people very lazy becoz peoples are getting used to it for increasing their standard of living.. earlier days there were no plastic but there was containers of ceramic jars which was good enough for environment but nowadays plastic that is harmful for everyone we should try hard to stop using this plastic and make our environment plastic free..
hope this may help you..
