let
 [x+2] is factor of p[x]
  p[-2]=2*[-2]^3-13[-2]+6
         =2*-8+26+6
         =-16+26+6
         =16

x+2=0 x=-2 now on putting the value of x in equation 2*-2³+(-2²)-13*-2+6=0 2*-8-4-26+6=0 -16-4-26+6=0 -20+20=0 0=0
