Answer:

A state is divided into several constituencies on the basis of population. Every constituency elects one representative for the Legislative Assembly. The person elected as representative represents that particular constituency. He/She is called as a Member of Legislative Assembly i.e. MLA. An MLA is elected through a general election. He/She may be a member of a recognised political party or independent. One who gets the maximum votes becomes the MLA of that constituency.

Hello, first I will be giving the info of what are they then the whole collaborative answer:

MLA: MLA or the member of the legislative assembly is a person who is elected by the people and represent a specific political party. MLA is elected by the people and hence anyone can contest for the MLA election but they have to fulfill all the requirements mentioned by the constitution of India.

Constituency: the subdivisions of a state for better administration is known as MLA. The constituencies have specific MLA’s from different political parties to contest for the state government.

State Governement Formation:
When an Political party’s MLA’s win more than 50% of the total seats in the state seats refer to the constituencies. That political party comes and forms the state government. Then there is another election which all the MLA’s do to find out who will the chief minister be. Then the chief minister is elected and he then appoints other MLA’S as either ministers of different industries.

Hope that answered your doubts. Sorry for answering late. Please mark me as the brainliest.
