Answer:

Reason for having two capitals

But during winters Srinagar becomes geographically challenging due to the blockage of National Highways and landslides. Thus every year the capital is shifted to Jammu to make sure that the trade and business do not suffer. Everything in the state goes well in a smooth condition.

Answer:

Explanation: Srinagar's winter temperature gets below 0 degree celcius. So, it becomes tough to run administration in state capital. But Jammu's winter temperature remains above freezing point. That's why two different capitals are there in Jammu and Kashmir.
