Explanation:

Bacteria are unique microorganisms that have a variety of physiological functions which are beneficial to human beings. However, bacteria can also be harmful and cause infections if translocated from the gastrointestinal tract to the epithelial tissue following surgery.

Harmful fungi in both agriculture and medicine. Most fungi are saprophytic and not pathogenic to plants, animals and humans. However, a relative fewfungal species are phytopathogenic, cause disease (e.g., infections, allergies) in man, and produce toxins that affect plants, animals and humans.

They live in water or at least where it is damp. Some protozoans are harmfulto man because they can cause serious diseases. Others are helpfulbecause they eat harmful bacteria and are food for fish and other animals.

It can also be harmful by causing anoxic conditions where oxygen is depleted from the water. Blooms can block light to organisms lower in the water column, or even clog or harm fish gills. Not all algal blooms are harmful, some can actually be beneficial

Some bacteria cause nasty infections, like tuberculosis and cholera, and viruses can kill human cells, like HIV or AIDs and Ebola, or just be annoying and cause a common cold. But there are also beneficial bacteria and viruses. Bacteria help us digest our food, fight dangerous pathogens, and produce vitamin K
