Actions undertaken by population/family that restrict it's growth.  

first is the excessive or unnecessary use of the resources, because of using our resources more than what we need it causes lack of resources in the future.  

second is the non-equitable distribution of resources, because of the people who are afraid to share the resources time will come that people will kill because of the less resources we have.  

third is the technological and industrial development,  

this industries may help us but we must also think to minimize in using it because it can also cause resource depletion.  

forth is the erosion, fifth is the irrigation, sixth is the mining for oil and minerals, seventh is the drainage of wetlands and the last is the deforestation.
