2 ) It's mostly used in the production of explosives, Oil purification, Medicines, Dyes, and Paints.

3 ) Acids are also used in batteries/electric cell

4 ) For Ex. Dil. HCL Acid is used for sterilization of Water.

5 ) Acids are used for making of white paper from wood pulp too.

Thus, There are many kinds of uses of Acids as some are mentioned above.
