Magnification shows the image formed by object in numerical a plane mirror magnification is +1 it means 1 denote the image of object is same as object and + sign show that image is real and inverted ( down )

By concave lens we can see the objects which are far. And by convex lens we can see the objects which are near. Hope it will help you
