The dry cell will mainly contain a paste of ammonium chloride which is inside a zinc container. Inside the paste of ammonium chloride there will be a cardboard container containing the powdered manganese dioxide.

Every source of electric current will have two terminals in which the conducted wires are connected to electric current.
