Let B's income =Rs.100

Then A's income = B's income −20% of B's Income

A's income =100− 20 / 100 ×100=100−20=80

Now, B's income is Rs.20 more than A

20 / 80 ×100=25% more than A's income

let A'be usha and B'be uma
