Answer:

Distance = 180 m =

Time = 1 min = 60 sec

Average speed = total distance covered / total time taken

= 180m / 60 sec

= 3m/s

Displacement = On/s ( as usha come back along the same path so, the intial and final position is same )

Average velocity = displacement/

time

= Om / 60 s

= Om/s

Answer:

Average speed=3m/s-¹

Average velocity=0m/s-¹

Explanation:

Total distance covered by Usha in 1 min is 180 m

displacement of Usha in 1 min=0 m

Average speed=total distance covered÷ total time taken

=180m÷1 min=180m÷1 min×1min ÷ 60 s

=3m/s-¹

Average velocity=Displacement÷total time taken

=0m÷60 s

=0 m/s-¹
