Using beetroot as a indicator , what is the colour change in :-

1) Baking soda
2) Vinegar
3) Hydroiodic Acid
4) Liquid Drain Cleaner



Some of them are strong acid and base , and some are weak acid and base.

I want to clear the confusion in yellow and purple colour change in base also ? Pls tell​
