Given

To find (52)² by using an identity

So first do like that

we can write 52 as (50 + 2)

So (50 + 2)²

Now it's in the form of (a + b)²

And as we knoe the value of (a + b)²

it is (a + b)² = (a)² + (b)² + 2ab

Here 50 is = a

and

2 = b

Now putting the value

(50 + 2)²

(50)² + (2)² + 2×50×2

= 2500 + 4 + 200

= 2500 + 204

= 2704

Finally answer of (52)² = 2704
