Question:

 \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{7}{3}  +  \frac{3}{7}  \times   \frac{5}{3}

  • To simplify this by using Distributive Property

Process:

 \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{7}{3}   +  \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{5}{3}  \\  =  \frac{3}{7} ( \frac{7}{3}  +  \frac{5}{3} ) \\  =  \frac{3}{7} ( \frac{7 + 5}{3})  \\  =  \frac{3}{7} ( \frac{12}{3} ) \\  =  \frac{3}{7}  \times 4 \\   =  \frac{12}{7}

Answer:

 \frac{12}{7}
