According to distributive property :-a(b+c)=ab+ac

2/3(1/2+4/5) =2/3*1/2+2/3*4/5 =2/6+8/15 =1/3+8/15 =5+8/15 =13/15(This is the required answer.) [If you liked my answer then please mark me as brainliest and I will definitely follow you back.]

Step-by-step explanation:

 = \sf \: \frac{2}{3} ( \frac{1}{2} + \frac{4}{5} ) \\ \sf \: = ( \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{1}{2} ) + ( \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{4}{5} ) \\ \sf \: = \frac{1}{3} + \frac{8}{15} \\ \sf \: = \frac{5 + 8}{15} \\ \sf \: = \frac{13}{15} \: ans.
