  1254 = 1190 \times 1 + 64  \\ but \: r  = not \: to \: 0 \\1190 = 64 \times 18 + 38 \\but \: r  = not \: to \: 0  \\ 64 = 38 \times 1 + 26 \\ but \: r  = not \: to \: 0  \\ 38 = 26 \times 1 + 12 \\ but \: r  = not \: to \: 0  \\  26 = 12 \times 2 + 2 \\ but \: r  = not \: to \: 0  \\  12 = 2 \times 6 + 0 \\ hence \:  \: r = 0 \\ therefore \\H. C. F = 2.
