Kids are glued to their devices all the time. they use applications that allow them to be connected with young people like in other parts of the world. These make them forget about other important tasks because they are addicted to these internet applications.

My stand on the openion is that social media need not always have a negative impact on society as it can also have an advantage.
- Facebook can surely turn into an addiction when we use it for hours together watching content that doesn't help or concern us at all. But with the right use of such applications several required changes in society can become real.
- As stated, the internet connects people worldwide and many might see this as an easy way for people to meet strangers who want to eat them up. But the reality is that in the present generation, protests against major governments and several demands for change in environment reforms and education begin online when a group of like-minded strangers begin a discussion.
- The internet and social media can have it's negative effects on kids but in this modern age of technology, online education and even online jobs, it only serves as an advantage. Children can learn every subject and language sitting at home and it won't cost them much money or their health.
