Using factor theorem, show that:
1. (x-2) is a factor of (x³-8)​

using factor theorem

g(x) = x - 2

      =x-2=0

      ⇒x=0+2=2

⇒x³-8

⇒ (2)^3-8

⇒8-8=0

∴g(x) is a factor of p(x)
