Answer:

a-b= 0

a = b

by putting the value in equation.

b(b^2-c^2)+b(c^2-b^2)+c(b^2-b^2)

b^3-bc^2+bc^2 -b^3 +c(0)

terms will get cancelled.

c(0)= 0.

answer is 0 , therefore (a-b) is a factor of the above equation.
