Let the gaussian surface be a sphere and the separation between the charge is r and taking one charge insde the sphere and the other be at the surface (r)
now firstly we are interested in finding the magnitude of electric field at a distance r
∫E.ds = qnet/∊0
∫E ds = q1ε0 E × 4πr2 =q1ε0 E= q1 4πr2ε0 (this is electric field due to charge 1 at a distance r)
now w can find force on due to this electric field on charge q2
F = q2E
= q2 E = q1q24πε0r2 = 14πε0×q1q2r2
this proves the force of interection between 2 charge particle.
