Using herons formula find the area of an equilateral triangle if its side is 'a' units

According to Heron's formula,

S = (A + B + C) / 2
S = ( a + a + a ) / 2
S = 3a / 2

Now, area of ∆ = √S(S– A)(S –B)(S –C)
