side of triangle =a unit
perimeter= 3a
s=3a/2
area=
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
 \sqrt{ \frac{3a}{2}( \frac{3a}{2} - a) (\frac{3a}{2} - a)(\frac{3a}{2} - a) }
 \sqrt{ \frac{3a}{2}( \frac{3a - 2a}{2} )(\frac{3a - 2a}{2}) (\frac{3a - 2a}{2})}
 \sqrt{3 \times  \frac{a}{2} \times  \frac{a}{2} \times  \frac{a}{2}  \times  \frac{a}{2}    }
 \sqrt{3}  \times  \frac{a}{2}  \times  \frac{a}{2}
 \sqrt{3}  {( \frac{a}{2}) }^{2}
 \sqrt{3}  \times  \frac{ {a}^{2} }{4}
 \sqrt{3} \frac{ {a}^{2} }{4}
here is ur ans I hope it will help
