As
 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a +b )( a- b)
so, we can write,
107=105+2 and
103=105-2

now, (105-2)(105+2)=
 {105}^{2}  -  {2}^{2}  = 11025 - 4 = 11021
hence, 11021 is the required answer.
