27 {x}^{3}  - 64  {x}^{3}  \\  =  {(3x)}^3 -  {(4x)}^{3}  \\   = (3x - 4y) \: (9 {x}^{2}  + 16 {x}^{2}  + 12xy)
this can be done by using the formula of
 {x}^{3}  -  {y}^{3}

Identity:
x^3-y^3=x^3-y^3-3xy(x-y)
So,
(3x)^3-(4y)^3-3(3x)(4y)(3x-4y)
=(3x-4y)^3
=(3x-4y)(3x-4y)(3x-4y)
