This can me simplified as -

 \frac{ {2}^{10}  \times  {3}^{10}  \times  {x}^{7} }{ {2}^{3} \times  {3}^{6}   \times  {x}^{5} }

This is done as 4 can be written as 2^2 and 9 can be written as 3^2.

Now cancel 2^3 by 2^10, 3^6 by 3^10 and x^5 by x^7.

so it becomes,

 {2}^{7}  \times  {3}^{4}  \times  {x}^{2}

so we can solve this to get the answer as -

10368 {x}^{2}
