I may use the 'splitting of middle terms' method which is most similar to the 'long division' method.

$4x^3-37x^2+52x-15 \\ \\ 4x^3-5x^2-32x^2+40x+12x-15 \\ \\ x^2(4x-5)-8x(4x-5)+3(4x-5) \\ \\ (4x-5)(x^2-8x+3)$

So it's divisible.
