Manure: An organic substance, having rich content of minerals required for plant growth and development.
Fertilizer: Generally refereed to artificial compounds made for development of plants. Having very high content of mineral nutrition.They are basically chemicals.

Now for the advantages of manure over fertilizers:
# Manure compounds are biodegradable, manure basically contains cowdung,vegetable waste.etc
whereas fertilizers are chemical products and are not easily biodegradable.
# Manures are ecofriendly, and fertilizers are not.
# Manures are free of cost,they are basically just waste products from common household, but fertilizers are expensive.
#Manures are good for plants, But if fertilizers are added more to the soil,it can cause problems to the growth of plant.
# Manures are safe to use, Fertilizers may cause serious hazardous disease in human beings and animals,such as kidney disorder,liver manfunction.etc
