Prime factorisation of 72 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3
Prime factorisation of 126 = 2 × 3 × 3 × 7
And,
Prime factorisation of 168 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 7
HCF of 72 , 126 and 168 = 2 × 3 = 6
And,
LCM of 72 , 126 and 168= 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 7 = 504 .
Now,
HCF × LCM = 6 × 504 = 3024
and,
Product of three numbers = 72 × 126 × 168 = 1524096 .
Therefore,
Product of three numbers not = HCF × LCM.
SO ,
THE GIVEN STATEMENT IN QUESTION IS WRONG...
