Steps :

1. express (Numerator)/(Denominator) into (Numerator) : (Denominator)

→  2. Follow the steps on the question, use properties of proportion

→ 3. Solve the equation

Step 1

(x^2+x-3):(x-3)=(4x^2+3x-2):(3x-2)

Step 2

(3x-2)(x^2+x-3)=(x-3)(4x^2+3x-2)

Step 3

(3x-2)(x^2+x-3)=(x-3)(4x^2+3x-2)

3 x^3 + x^2 - 11 x + 6 = 4 x^3 - 9 x^2 - 11 x + 6

x^3-10x^2=0

x^2(x-10)=0

x=0 (Double solution), x=10
