(36x² − 12ax + a²) − b² = 0

(6x − a)² − b² = 0

(6x − a − b) (6x − a + b) = 0

x = (a+b)/6, x = (a−b)/6

1/(x+4) − 1/(x−7) = 11/30

Multiply both sides by 30(x+4)(x−7)

30(x−7) − 30(x+4) = 11(x+4)(x−7)

30x − 210 − 30x − 120 = 11 (x² − 3x − 28)

−330 = 11 (x² − 3x − 28)

−30 = x² − 3x − 28

x² − 3x + 2 = 0

(x − 1) (x −2) = 0

x = 1, x = 2
