 \frac{ {x}^{2} + 8 }{11} = 5x -  {x}^{2} - 5 \\  {x}^{2} + 8 = 11(5x -  {x}^{2} - 5) \\  {x}^{2} + 8 = 55x - 11 {x}^{2} - 55 \\ 12 {x}^{2} - 55x + 63 = 0 \\12 {x}^{2} - 28x - 27x + 63 = 0 \\ 4x(3x - 7) - 9(3x - 7) = 0 \\ (4x - 9)(3x - 7) = 0 \\ x =  \frac{9}{4} \\ x =  \frac{7}{3}
