given

f(x) = x⁴ - 3x + 2

using remainder theorem

x - 2 = 0

x = 2

now put the value of x=2 in f(x)

f(2) = 2 - 3×2 +2

f(2) = 16 - 6 +2

f(2) = 12

so remainder is 12

Hope , it will help you.

thanku.
