 = \frac{10x {}^{3} \times x {}^{2} + 9x - 8 }{x - 3}

 = \frac{10x {}^{3 + 2} + 9x - 8 }{x - 3}

 = \frac{10x {}^{5} + 9x - 8}{x - 3}
