Using ruler and compasses only; draw a circle of radius 4 cm. Produce AB, a diameter of
this circle, upto point X so that BX = 4 cm. Construct a circle to touch AB at X and to
touch the circle, drawn earlier, externally.​

Step 3 : Mark a point A on Circle

Step 4 : Draw a ray Starting A  passing through  B  and intersect circle at B

Step 6 : using  compass width Slightly less than BX draw arc on both sides of BX taking B as center

Step 7 : Keeping compass width same m taking X as center draw arcs intersecting arc drawn in step 6 at P & Q

Step 8 : join PQ using ruler intersecting BX at M

Step 9 : taking compass width = BM or MX and taking M as center draw an circle Passing though B &  X
