= 16+0.09 + 2.4
= 13.69

(3+0.7)^2. [ identity-1 (a+b)^2=(a)^2+2ab+(b)^2]
=(3)^2+2*3*0.7+(0.7)^2
=9+4.2+0.49
=13.69
