Answer:

1.(x-8)(x-13)

Identity to be used: (x+a)(x+b)=x^2+(a+b)x+ab

Therefore,

{x+(-8)}{x+(-13)}=x^2+(-8-13)x+(-8)(-13)

=x^2-21x+104

2. (x+5)(x+12)

Identity used: (x+a)(x+b)=x^2+(a+b)x+ab

(x+5)(x+12)=x^2+(5+12)x+(5)(12)

=x^2+17x+60.

I hope this helps you.
