To Find : factored form Using the GCF

Solution:

GCF - Greatest common Factor

24v = 2 * 2 * 2 * 3 * v

84 = 2 * 2 * 3 * 7

GCF = 2 * 2 * 3  = 12

24v = 12 * 2v

84 = 12 * 7

24v – 84

= 12(2v - 7)

24v – 84 = 12(2v - 7)
