In F1 generation

the pure tall plant has the both factors of same type and it is denoted by" TT"

the pure dwarf plant has the both factors of same type and it is denoted by"tt"

when a a pure tall plant croSsed with pure dwarf plant.

All the plants has the factor pair (Tt).

all the plants has the hetrogyzous pair (Tt).

in f2 generation

in f2 generation 75 % are tall and 25%are dwarf.

Hence the phenotype ratio is =3:1

among 75% of tall plants 25% of plants are pure tall (TT) and remaining 50%plants are hetrogyzous tall(Tt).

the remaining 25%of dwarf plants are pure dwarf plants (tt).

so their genotype ratio is 1:2:1.
