ar(PQT) = 1/2 ×b×h
= 1/2 × 36×10
= 180m²....i)
ar ( SQR) = 1/2 × 11 × 60
= 330 m²......ii)
In ∆ SQR , by Pythagoras theorm
h²=b²×p²
QS² = SR² + QR²
QS² = 11²+60²
QS = √121+3600
= √ 3721
= 61m
ar(TQS) = 1/2 × 26× 61
= 13× 61
= 793m².....iii)
ar(PQRST) = i+ii+iii
= 180 + 330 +793
= 1303m²
