441=3×7×7×3

so

 \sqrt{441}  =   \sqrt{3 \times 3 \times 7 \times 7}  = 7 \times 3 = 21

now

11025=5×5×21×21

 \sqrt{11025}  =  \sqrt{5 \times 5 \times 21 \times 21}  = 5 \times 21 = 105

so both are the perfect squares
