As per the values given in the above question

We have to find the value by using suitable properties

Step-by-step explanation:

Given ,

(a) 945  \times 4  \times  25

(b) 40  \times 328  \times  25

Solution 1:

Let x = 945 x 4 x 25

We can use Associative property of Multiplication:

(a×b)×c= a×(b×c). .....(1)

Now from identity

a=945

b=4

c=25

Put the values in equation (1) ,we get

x= 945×(4×25)

Multiply 4 by 25 ,we get

x= 945×(100)

Now it's easy to multiply a term by 100 ,

x= 94500

Hence ,

x= 945×4×25 = 94500

Solution 2:

Let x= 40 x 328 x 25

or x=328×40×25

We can use Associative property of Multiplication:

(a×b)×c= a×(b×c). .....(1)

Now from identity

a=328

b=40

c=25

Put the values in equation (1) ,we get

x=328×(40×25)

Multiply both terms

x=328×1000

Multiply again remaining terms

x=328000

Hence ,

x= 40  \times  328  \times 25 = 328000
