⏩ Time taken by sound pulses to travel from surface to bottom,
t= 2/2= 1 s
Speed of sound in water, v= 1450 m/s
Depth of the water = vt
= 1450 × 1
= 1450 m. Ans.
Hence, the depth of the water is 1450 m.
