The given case is an exception to the VSEPR theory. In this case on the other hand we find that the oxidation number for oxygen is -1 and this is even the same case  for fluorine where the oxidation number is -21.

In other cases, the oxidation number is generally -2. Hence this is the only case where an exception is seen during OF2. The hybridization is hence a bit different in nature unlike other ones. The molecule becomes V in terms of its shape. The overall representation can be done by using a lewis structure.
