Explanation:

To find the shape of complex using valence bond theory there are certain rules :

1.Write the complex formula  

2.Remove the electrons from the metal ion as per its valency.                                    

3.Rearrange the electrons of metals if necessary as shown below in figure attached .

4.Then the  Hybridisation takes place .

5.Overlapping  of hybrid orbitals occur

It is shown below :

In this case it is dsp³ and the shape  is square pyramidal

and is diamagnetic
