Utility and value of resources varies from time to time and place to place. It is so well known because of the following reasons:
i) In the ancient times, the humans used water for food, household chores, and for irrigation. But when time changed, we humans used water for many purposes other than food preparation, households and irrigation. Such as navigation, generating electricity, industrial purposes and many more.
ii) Now a days China and United States of America are generating more wind energy than India.
