UV radiations are both a friend and a foe because UV radiations help to sterilize medical equipment and is also used for fluorescent lighting. UV radiations also help in the drying of the jell nail polish. However excessive of UV radiations can cause skin cancer and make it old before it's time. It can also harm our eyes and the immune system.
