There is a small calculation mistake
V^2 = u^2 + 2as
= 10^2 - 2a * 225
Now if we send 2a * 225 in Left Hand Side then its sign will change to positive.
2a *225 = 100
450a = 100
a = 100/450
a = 10/45
a = 2/9
a = 0.223 m/s^-2
