Answer :- 9 - 4x²

In maths their is one identity or you can also called it as formula i.e. (a+b) (a-b) = a²-b²

So, In this question this identity is applying to solve it without multiplying it. Ok

Solving :-

(v). (3 - 2x) (3 + 2x)

So, Here "a= 3" and "b=2x"

Then,

(3 - 2x) (3 + 2x) = (3)² - (2x)²

= 9 - 4x²
